Privacy policy

What we collect

• The website address you enter, or the description of your business you write.
• Public information about that business, read from its public website and public internet records (for example, which email service its domain uses, its certifications or its open roles).
• Your answers and messages in the conversation, and the plan we write from them.
• If you book a call: your name, work email and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
• Your browser’s language, and a one-way coded version of your IP address (we never store the address itself) to limit abuse.

Why we use it

• To show you what your business could automate, run the conversation and write your plan.
• To prepare and hold the call you booked.
• To improve our service: we review conversations to learn what businesses like yours need.
• To protect the site from abuse and keep its costs under control.
• We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States.
• Anthropic (the AI that reads public information and runs the conversation), in the United States. Anthropic doesn’t use this data to train its models.
• Cal.com, when you book a call.
• They process your data only to provide their service to us, so it may be stored and processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep visit records for up to two years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

• You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, updated or deleted. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to hola@mitriltech.com.
• We answer questions within 10 business days and requests to correct or delete within 15 business days.
• You can also complain to your data protection authority: in Colombia, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

By entering your website or describing your business, you authorize Mitril Tech SAS to process your data as this page describes. This site is for businesses, not for people under 18; please don’t share sensitive personal data in the conversation.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If you open the booking calendar, Cal.com may set the cookies it needs to work.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
