The challenge
PQS sells custom, mission-critical power projects to large enterprises. Every deal needs its own quote or proposal, with imported products, several currencies, technical services and transport. Each one took 2–4 days. To grow, they needed to quote 10× faster.
What we built
We organized years of sales material (product catalog, price lists, vendors and internal formats) and connected it to AI: a company brain that knows exactly what PQS sells and how they quote it. The team reaches it through an AI Sales Assistant in Google Chat, where they already work.
The result
With automation and AI, a salesperson asks in a simple chat and gets a draft quote or proposal, 85% done, in seconds. A specialist reviews and adjusts it. What took days now takes a review.
